Our Process
A good process creates room for good ideas. We've kept ours simple, making it easy to move from concept to final delivery with clarity, collaboration, and confidence.

1-2 weeks: We start by understanding your goals and audience. From there, we define the scope, gather your existing assets, and map out a strategy. A 50% deposit locks in your project, and we’re off to the races.

1-3 weeks: Concepts, scripts, moodboards, and storyboards are developed, presented, and refined. Revisions happen here — not on set.

2-4 weeks: Casting, location scouting, crew booking, prop/wardrobe sourcing, shot list finalization, and production scheduling.

1-5 days: Principal photography or video capture. Every hour on set costs money — thorough prep is what makes this efficient.

2-8 weeks: Editing, color grading, sound design/mix, motion graphics, music licensing, and client review rounds.

1-7 days: Final format exports, quality control checks, platform-specific versioning (broadcast, social, digital), and file delivery.
